Our Mission
The Catholic Faith Formation program at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish will provide adults, youth and children knowledge of our catholic teachings to help grow and form disciples of Jesus. We will encourage to live in communion and participate as active members of our church until thy kingdom come.

Pre-K 3 & 4 and Kinder - Tuesdays 6:00-7:30 PM
1st - 6th - Tuesdays 6:00-7:30 PM
6th - 8th - Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:30 PM
High School - Wednesdays 7:00-8:30 PM

Early Bird - Online Registration: June 17 - July 19, 2024 (View links below) / Fee $25 (Paid in person)
Regular In-Person Registration: July 20 - August 20, 2024 / Fee $35
Late In-Person Registration: September 9 - 25, 2024 / Fee $45
