We are hosting a back-to-school lock-in: Glow for Jesus - Let Your Light Shine! This lock-in is for youth 6th grade - 12th grade. The cost is $20 and it includes dinner and breakfast.

Confirmation Retreat
This retreat is weekend retreat from Friday – Sunday. The youth will explore who they are and the relationships they have on their journey towards the sacrament of Confirmation. This
Who is this retreat for?
- This retreat is youth in immediate preparation to receive the sacrament of Confirmation.
When does this retreat take place?
- This retreat takes place between February & March.
- Due to COVID pandemic all retreats are on stand by for 2020-2021.
- We may have to go virtual through Microsoft Teams for sacramental retreats.
Face the Challenge Camp
Youth are asked to face the challenge of giving up all material wants and desires to experience a weekend exploring the fundamental basics of our Catholic Faith. This is a Friday – Sunday Retreat. Youth sleep at a campsite. This retreat requires parent’s participation.

· This retreat is for 13 – 18 year olds.
When does this retreat take place?
· Retreats are on stand by for 2020-2021 due to COVID Pandemic.
Teens R.O.C.K. Retreat
The R.O.C.K. Retreat was created by members of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in McAllen under the direction and guidance of its Priest, Father Martin De La Cruz, in May of 2019.
The inspiration for the retreat, as provided by the Holy Spirit, are the very words of Jesus Christ to His followers, “Did you never read in the Scriptures, ‘The stone which the builders rejected has become the cornerstone.’”* Often times, the best intentions need redirecting, and so it was that the spiritual retreats of this particular time also needed rebuilding. Once the Lord made clear His will, then we could clearly say, “This came about from the Lord, and it is MARVELOUS in our eyes.” * (*Matthew 21:42)
Elsewhere, in the psalms, we hear King David proclaim: “The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. (Psalm 18:2) This, then, is the Rock upon which we build.

San Antonio Missions
Every other year the youth travel to San Antonio, TX to visit the Missions. The trip is divided into two days. While visiting the Missions the youth participate in a self guided retreat and a walk through Nature's Caverns.
Who is this trip for?
· This retreat is for 14 – 18 year olds. (High School age youth)
When does this trip take place?
· This trip is usually scheduled the week of spring break. All trips are on stand by for 2020-2021 due to COVID Pandemic.
